For external use only. Don’t ingest it.
Avoid eyes + mucous membranes (around eyes, inside nose/mouth, intimate areas).
Don’t apply on broken or irritated skin (cuts, open eczema patches, fresh sunburn, active rash) since it can sting.
Be careful after shaving or exfoliating. Freshly shaved legs/underarms often feel extra tingly or burny with magnesium.
Patch test first if you have sensitive skin: apply a small amount to a small area and wait 24 hours.
Tingling can happen. Mild tingling/warmth can be normal; stop if you get persistent burning, swelling, hives, or a worsening rash.
Start small and build up. Using too much too soon can increase dryness/itchiness for some people.
Keep away from children and pets.
If pregnant/nursing, or if you have a medical condition or take medications, check with your healthcare provider before regular use (especially if you’re also supplementing magnesium).
If you have kidney disease or are on magnesium supplements, it’s smart to ask your provider before frequent use.
